New Mother’s Day Range
We may only be 3 weeks into the new year and are still trying to find homes for all the kids new
Christmas presents, but it is time for us to start thinking about the next big celebration – Mother’s Day!
Keep on Celebrating!
No matter what is happening in the world, we are all clinging to as much normalcy as possible and any form of celebration is the perfect way to do that! There may have been claims of Christmas being cancelled in 2020, but I think the opposite really happened - people went the extra mile to make it more magical and memorable for our children than ever before.
I am sure it will be the same for Mother's Day this year. Chances are, many of us won't be able to see our mums in person this year and will have to make do with dropping off gifts and zoom calls. If we can't be with them, then the perfect way to let them know how special they are is a heartfelt card and gift. Also, with so many mums playing the role of teacher now, they really do deserve to be spoiled for the day!

My personal favourite has to be the inflatable balloon and crown set! If I can't play at being queen for the day while having my breakfast in bed on Mother's Day while the kids help me eat the box of chocolates they've just given me, I won't be happy!

Mother’s Day Fundraising Events
Many of our customers will usually be purchasing items for Mother's Day for fundraising - usually for PTA's. With schools not even open, let alone allowing PTA events to take place, this could prove difficult to manage. However, Christmas has certainly shown how industrious some PTA's can be, by having virtual events and online opportunities for selling goods.
It is relatively simple to create an online shop via Facebook to 
sell items within a private group and I have even seen some PTA's just simply creating a poster of items for sale which is then shared via WhatsApp groups.
So, don't feel disheartened that this is another fundraising opportunity missed, plan ahead and use technology to your advantage! With less opportunity to go to an actual shop, people will be grateful at the opportunity to shop online!
Then its time to think about Easter!
