How long is delivery? Our delivery times vary depending on the time of year and how busy we are. If you require wrapped toys for a specific date, please email us first to check that we can deliver in time.

Can I order online? Yes. We have a comprehensive range of Santa's Grotto toys and gifts, split into age groups, which you can order directly from our website.

Can you order in more stock if we need more than you have? Provided more stock is available, we should be able to order additional quantities for you. Just drop us an email and we will look into it.

Why do you offer two types of wrapping for soft toys? Wrapping a lumpy soft toy in paper can be tricky, and the finished result can sometimes look crumpled or untidy. As an alternative, we offer a gift bag option.

If I order soft toys with gift bags, are the toys delivered in the bags? No. They tend not to travel well inside the bags, so we supply the labelled gift bags separately for you to put the toys into.

Can I order wrapped and unwrapped toys on the same order? Yes, but doing so may delay the delivery of your unwrapped items. If you need unwrapped toys sooner than your wrapped toys, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Do you label the toys? Yes. We add an age-group label to each toy based on the age groups listed on our website. If you would like a toy labelled for a different age group, please email us.
